My three biggest challenges were figuring out how to mount the foam to the belt,  figuring out how to get the attachment, and figuring out how to display it. However, after a lot (and I mean a lot) of trial and error, I figured out a stitch pattern for mounting, I figured out all of the attachment points, and got my display set up. The most rewarding things were finally being done with my project, the expo night, and looking back at all of my progress.

My takeaway is that i've learned a lot about myself. I learned that I'm a mechanical person, and that I don't learn traditionally, but that it's and okay thing. I know there are a lot of people like me, and making that realization about myself helped me figure out what I want to do with my life.

The goal of my project was to have a better, slimmer belt to help with back pain. Over time, only the quality has changed. The second version was a lot better. At the expo, it was exactly what I wanted it to be. People were interested in it, and seemed to genuinely enjoy it.
